… in Augsburg | A photographic memory at the Neruda Kulturcafé

“In Augsburg, 40% of people have a migration background. Many of them are first-generation immigrants who arrived as job-seekers, refugees, students… What souvenirs do they have of their first home? Stefan Rehbinder went on a photographic search for memories for the Kültürtage and portrayed migrants with their personal mementos. A selection of the photos will be presented during the Kültürtage in the Neruda Kulturcafé. The vernissage will be accompanied by music from Farhad Sidiqi, Riccardo Ferrara and Sebastian Schulz.”
